Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Blink. These terms and conditions are applicable to the Site and all its divisions. They govern the use of, and purchases made through, our website Blink, providing essential information for you as a buyer. By utilizing the Site, you affirm your compliance with these terms and conditions with Blink regarding your use of the Site. This User Agreement becomes effective upon acceptance.
Account and Registered User
In order to access certain services and make purchases on Blink, you must create an account. Your account is personal and non-transferable to any third party. We are committed to safeguarding your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. When registering and creating an account, it is essential to provide accurate and genuine information, including your email address, first name, last name, country, phone number, and any other required details. It is your responsibility to ensure that your registration information remains complete and accurate by updating it as necessary.
Your Account
When using Blink, it is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account and password, as well as to restrict access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. While Blink offers products for children, they are sold to adults who can make purchases using a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may only use Blink with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You are required to maintain and promptly update your Registration Data to ensure it remains true, accurate, current, and complete. Should you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, Blink reserves the right to indefinitely suspend, limit, or withdraw your access to the Site, without prejudice to any other rights and remedies under this User Agreement or at law.

We offer multiple shipping methods covering all areas of Kuwait, with the fastest delivery within 29 minutes:
1- Delivery within 29 Minutes
2-Ultra Express (delivery within 1 hour)
3-Super Express (delivery within 2 hours)
4-Express Delivery (delivery within 4 hours)
5-Same-Day Delivery (delivery within 24 hours)

Payment Methods and Refunds
We process payment from your credit or debit card at the time we receive your order for the relevant products, accepting various payment methods including k-net, Visa, MasterCard, and cash on delivery. If we are unable to supply the products, we will promptly notify you via email or phone, and a full refund will be issued if you have already made payment for the products..
Cash on Delivery
• We provide our Registered Users with the flexibility to pay for their ordered products either by cash or card upon delivery at their specified address, if they choose this service during the checkout process.
• Cash payments are to be made directly to our driver upon receipt of the ordered products.
• Customers wishing to pay via K-net, Visa, or MasterCard are required to contact our customer support team at 1800081 after placing their order.
• Upon receipt of full payment, our driver will deliver the products along with the invoice.
• Please note that we do not accept payments by cheque, gift vouchers, or discount coupons as substitutes for cash or card when utilizing the Payment on Delivery option. (Discount coupons, if applicable, must be applied before checkout).
• To ensure timely delivery, customers will be contacted at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled delivery time.
• If our distribution department is unable to reach the customer within 48 hours of order placement, the order will be automatically cancelled.
• Please note that the Payment on Delivery option may not be available for all products but is offered for selected products, which you can verify in the shipping information before placing your order.
